JWC: A Jacob White Company proudly delivered the Bellaire Medical Office Building—a modern, ground-up core and shell development strategically positioned between Bellaire and West University, Texas. In collaboration with Heitkamp Swift Architects, JWC designed and constructed this 52,825-square-foot facility, integrating every tenant space with the same thoughtful approach that drives our work. Reflecting the timeless elegance of Rice University’s architecture, the building’s St. Joe brick facade complements its premier surroundings, bringing a sophisticated medical office to an accessible area outside Houston’s Medical Center.
The facility is designed to support a variety of medical specialties, featuring an imaging center on the first floor, a retina and ophthalmology practice on level two, and a state-of-the-art surgery center on the third floor. The green roof, designed to meet detention requirements, doubles as a tranquil break area. It adds both practicality and a refreshing place to unwind.
The Bellaire Medical Office Building embodies JWC’s commitment to innovation, practicality, and community-centered design, thanks to the five-story parking garage for easy patient access. Built in partnership with Jacob White Development, this project showcases our approach: Driven by Relationships, Defined by Excellence. Each feature is crafted to enhance the patient and practitioner experience, making Bellaire Medical Office Building a standout destination in Houston.
Your vision deserves more than a blueprint. No matter the type of construction, we’re ready to make it happen.
