JWC partnered with Fridell Design Studio to bring Cloud 10 Creamery’s first-generation retail space in Katy, Texas, to life. Despite being only 600 square feet of space, this project required a balance of technical precision and creative design to craft a fun, inviting atmosphere packed full of whimsy that is worthy of Cloud 10’s artisan ice cream. From layout planning to final finishes, every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure the space was as memorable as the flavors it serves.
Recommended by the landlord, JWC worked closely with the Cloud 10 team to navigate the challenges of transforming a blank slate into a fully functional retail environment. The result is a modern yet playful space that not only supports operational efficiency but also enhances the customer experience. This project reflects JWC’s ability to blend construction expertise with an appreciation for creating environments that bring joy—because who doesn’t love great ice cream?

As CEO of Jacob White Construction, Sean has dedicated nearly two decades of his career to refining his expertise in multiple facets of the construction industry alongside clients from all market sectors. A proud alumnus of Purdue University, Sean’s passion resides in the continued organizational leadership and strategic planning of Jacob White. Since the inception of his career, Sean has played a front role in some of Jacob White’s most complex projects including numerous mid-rise medical office buildings, surgical centers, marinas, and corporate aviation terminals throughout the United States. Sean is driven by the goal of ensuring that the organization’s team of construction professionals consistently deliver projects that exceed all client expectations.
Sean holds a FAA Airline Transport Pilot rating with pilot in command privileges on multiple Cessna, Beechcraft, and Embraer business aircraft. Sean also holds a Certified Flight Instructor rating and enjoys working with aspiring pilots to develop a pathway for their goals. Sean and his wife reside in Friendswood, Texas with their three children.
