JWC is proud to continue its partnership with Million Air in bringing Million Air Austin to life at 4801 Emma Browning Avenue, just minutes from downtown Austin and the world-renowned Circuit of the Americas. The Million Air Austin campus spans an impressive 122,744 square feet, with the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility covering approximately 15,000 square feet. Designed to reflect the rustic charm of the Texas Hill Country while offering the luxury and comfort of a five-star hotel, including your favorite coffee shop drinks on-site, this state-of-the-art campus offers an unmatched aviation experience.
Phase 1 of the project introduced a forward-thinking fuel farm, featuring two 30,000-gallon Jet-A tanks, a 15,000-gallon AVGAS tank, and accommodations for MOGAS for ground service equipment. This setup is designed to allow for future expansion and the capability to add another 30,000 gallons of Jet-A fuel. JWC is excited to be a key part of Phase 2 in the expansion of Million Air Austin, which includes the addition of 120,000 square feet of new hangars, 535,358 square feet of ramp space, and 233 additional parking spaces, 65 of which will be covered to accommodate growing demand during daily operations and special events. This expansion will significantly enhance the facility’s capacity and improve the overall experience for both passengers and crews.
The new departure lounges and office spaces, totaling 30,361 square feet, will also include two-story departure lounges and a two-story office building to enhance the overall customer and crew experience. Traffic flow improvements throughout the campus will help reduce congestion and help create a safer and more efficient experience for visitors. In keeping with Million Air’s commitment to sustainability, Phase 2 will also include rooftop solar arrays on all three new hangars and a wetlands preservation initiative in partnership with the City of Austin. When complete, Million Air Austin will have over 1,000,000 square feet of ramp space, positioning it as a premier FBO in the region, setting a new standard in aviation services.

As CEO of Jacob White Construction, Sean has dedicated nearly two decades of his career to refining his expertise in multiple facets of the construction industry alongside clients from all market sectors. A proud alumnus of Purdue University, Sean’s passion resides in the continued organizational leadership and strategic planning of Jacob White. Since the inception of his career, Sean has played a front role in some of Jacob White’s most complex projects including numerous mid-rise medical office buildings, surgical centers, marinas, and corporate aviation terminals throughout the United States. Sean is driven by the goal of ensuring that the organization’s team of construction professionals consistently deliver projects that exceed all client expectations.
Sean holds a FAA Airline Transport Pilot rating with pilot in command privileges on multiple Cessna, Beechcraft, and Embraer business aircraft. Sean also holds a Certified Flight Instructor rating and enjoys working with aspiring pilots to develop a pathway for their goals. Sean and his wife reside in Friendswood, Texas with their three children.
