Spanning 1,925 square feet, the space blends minimalist industrial design with a warm, inviting vibe—creating the perfect backdrop to highlight the boutique’s playful and stylish collection for little ones.
The project involved transforming the space into a modern, functional retail environment that highlights Petite Re’s unique brand while optimizing flow and display areas for an enhanced shopping experience. With a sharp focus on both design and practicality, JWC crafted a space that perfectly captures the boutique’s unique personality while offering a smooth and enjoyable experience for both shoppers and staff alike.

As CEO of Jacob White Construction, Sean has dedicated nearly two decades of his career to refining his expertise in multiple facets of the construction industry alongside clients from all market sectors. A proud alumnus of Purdue University, Sean’s passion resides in the continued organizational leadership and strategic planning of Jacob White. Since the inception of his career, Sean has played a front role in some of Jacob White’s most complex projects including numerous mid-rise medical office buildings, surgical centers, marinas, and corporate aviation terminals throughout the United States. Sean is driven by the goal of ensuring that the organization’s team of construction professionals consistently deliver projects that exceed all client expectations.
Sean holds a FAA Airline Transport Pilot rating with pilot in command privileges on multiple Cessna, Beechcraft, and Embraer business aircraft. Sean also holds a Certified Flight Instructor rating and enjoys working with aspiring pilots to develop a pathway for their goals. Sean and his wife reside in Friendswood, Texas with their three children.
